Tate McRae has reached another career milestone as her latest single, “Housewife,” debuts at No. 1 on both the Billboard Global 200 and Billboard Global Excl. U.S. charts.
Billboard confirmed that the song generated 55.9 million worldwide streams and 6,000 sales during the tracking week of October 16 through October 22. The single, released October 15 alongside its official music video, also earned 34.9 million streams outside the United States.
The achievement gives the Canadian pop star her second No. 1 on both global rankings, following “Greedy,” which topped the charts in 2023 and 2024. However, “Housewife” marks her first single to debut directly at No. 1 on either chart.
McRae also performed the song at the 2026 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show on October 18.
Elsewhere on the Billboard Global 200, Olivia Rodrigo and Chappell Roan climbed to No. 2 with “Expectations,” while Zach Bryan and Lana Del Rey debuted at No. 5 with “Lies.”
The latest rankings reflect streaming and digital sales activity across more than 200 territories.
